I understand that joining the studio means that I must purchase uniform and encourage my child/ children to wear it every class, failure to do so will result in meetings to discuss why the rules are not being obeyed.

I understand my child must not wear jewellery and hair should be tied up.

I understand my child should NOT bring mobile phones in to the studio and if seen with one they will be confiscated until the end of class.

I will notify the studio if my child is on holiday or has an important event they need to attend. (You won’t have to pay for those classes, so long as we are notified in plenty of time)

I understand my child's attendance will be assessed each month and if they are seen to be having regular absences their place will be lost. (3 weeks in a row)

I agree that if my child takes part in a show, that this will come with a cost for costumes and extra rehearsals will take place that my child will need to attend, usually a Saturday or Sunday morning/afternoon.

I will notify the Academy of any worries or concerns I have regarding my child/children to ensure that it will be dealt with and resolved right

I understand that any aggressive behaviour towards any member of staff will not be tolerated and will result in a ban from waiting in the reception area, if continued then will result in a ban from the studio.

Parents are not to watch the children in the studio, this is part of our safeguarding policy, to keep our children safe and comfortable in our environment. Further information about this can be obtained from a member of staff. I agree and understand why this rule is in place and will abide by it.
